Chad is a licensed pharmacist and is the current owner of Medication Managers. He brings a lifetime of pharmaceutical experience including experience working with long term care facilities in USA. As a result of seeing the challenge faced by these facilities, Chad developed the vision that inspires RxConcile.

Craig Stiens

Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Operations

Craig brings a broad range of pharmacy experience and unique understanding of the hospital/ LTC connection. Craig has managed pharmacy services for a LTC pharmacy servicing 10,000 patients for almost 10 years. He is the owner of Medication Managers, one of the largest independent clinical pharmacist companies in the US servicing LTC. His knowledge and experience provides RxConcile with unique insights into creating the Virtual Pharmacist the health industry wants and needs.

David Mancuso, MGS, LNHA

Executive Vice President of Operations

David has spent over 10 years as an Executive Director of a nursing home/skilled nursing facility. He also spent over seven years in the homecare industry. David is a technology enthusiast who values social responsibility. He volunteers in leadership roles on many not-for-profit boards. He holds a Masters of Gerontological Studies from Miami University and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Jeff Neasmith


Jeff’s previous experience launching, marketing and selling successful enterprise and retail software solutions like Vivonet, Cayenta and Yodlee is integral to guiding the development, strategy and launch of this exciting new innovation.
